Gen V 3, one of MKT Software’s most significant training events, was held at RENCITY, Hanoi, on August 24, 2024, with great success. For the third time, Gen V has come together, reinforcing the vital role that cultivating leadership qualities and team spirit plays in enabling MKT Software to consistently achieve new heights.
With the theme “Building a Team – Leading Eagles,” Gen V 3 has taught the leaders of MKT Software important lessons about creating a unified, powerful team that is equipped to take on any challenge in addition to honing leadership abilities.
During the course of the program, the Leaders were afforded the chance to engage in introspection and explore the essence of the eagle, a symbol of fearlessness, tenacity, and resolve to surmount all challenges. The Leaders together learned important lessons through hands-on training and group projects, which strengthened their teams and helped them become leading teams.
The training taught the Leaders valuable skills for creating a team that is genuinely “eagle” shaped. The first is the capacity for long-term visionary leadership, which enables the team to meet short-term objectives while simultaneously preparing for long-term difficulties. Other critical skills that any leader must possess are a strong sense of duty and the ability to persevere in the face of adversity.
Furthermore, an eagle leader must be able to bring out the best in every team member. This calls for the ability to cultivate discipline, innovation, and a constant push for members to learn and grow. The team will become one of the best in the organization when these attributes come together to assist them not only overcome all challenges but also achieve new heights.
The development of the team’s relationship was one of Gen V 3’s highlights. Understanding and connections amongst Leaders were strengthened by dialogue and group exercises, resulting in a stronger and more cohesive collective than previously. In addition to enhancing productivity, this cohesiveness fosters a supportive work atmosphere where each individual feels valued and integrated into the team.
Mr. Le Duc Nam gave insightful talks on the importance of education, personal growth, and teamwork while sharing real-world experiences. Each leader’s passion was sparked by these sharing sessions, which inspired them to keep growing as individuals and as leaders, pushing their teams to overcome obstacles and achieve new heights.
As Gen V 3 draws to an end, each participating Leader is left with a lasting impression. This is more than simply a training session; it’s a meaningful journey designed to assist MKT Software’s eagle warriors reach their full potential and guide their teams to new heights in success.
