1. Regarding the Information Provided by Customers to Use Software Licenses

To fully utilize our software, we may collect the following information to support and maintain software licenses: Full Name, Email, Phone Number.

2. Use of Your Information

The goal of MKT Software is to provide businesses and users with a service infrastructure that optimizes the management and customer care processes in terms of cost and time. Therefore, we use your personal information to:

• Use the information to verify and support customers when needed, such as changing machines, reinstalling machines, or other support requests.
• Send emails notifying you of our prominent programs and events.
• Resolve disputes and issues arising from software disputes.
• Prevent illegal activities or those prohibited in the Terms of Use.
• Measure and improve our services.
• Compare and verify the accuracy of the information you provide with third parties.

3. How We Protect Your License Information

Your information will be kept confidential. We are committed not to provide your personal information to any third party. However, we may disclose your personal information in the following cases:

• You have agreed to let us disclose this information.
• A third party authorized or allowed by you requests us to provide your personal information.
• Legal requirements or requests from a government agency, or if we believe that action is necessary to comply with legal requirements or laws.
• Protect the rights, interests, property, and safety of others.
• Besides the above cases, we will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless we believe that this disclosure is necessary to prevent physical or financial damage caused by potential illegal activities.

II. Prohibited Activities When Using

MKT Software (PM MKT) strictly prohibits customers from using the services and products we provide for the following purposes:

• Acts against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, harming national security, public order, promoting war, terrorism, inciting hatred, and conflicts among ethnic groups, races, and religions.
• Using personal and business customer data for personal purposes without customer consent.
• Absolutely prohibiting any form of insulting, mocking others (ridicule, criticism, religious, gender, and ethnic discrimination).
• Absolutely prohibiting discussions on political issues.
• Claiming association with or speaking on behalf of a business, association, institution, or organization without authorization.
• Conducting cyberattacks, cyber terrorism, cyber espionage, cybercrime; causing incidents, attacks, intrusions, hijacking, tampering, disrupting, stalling, paralyzing, or destroying information systems.
• Impersonating organizations or individuals and spreading false information that harms the rights and interests of organizations and individuals.

Note:

• When using solutions provided by MKT Software,  we are not directly or indirectly responsible for your activities when using our tools and solutions. We are not legally responsible or liable for compensation if you use the software for purposes contrary to state regulations. All violations of state law are the sole responsibility of the user.
• MKT Software provides tools and solutions to help users optimize management, marketing, and sales tasks while minimizing costs and human resources. Therefore, users must comply with agreed regulations. MKT Software is not responsible if users violate these regulations.
• MKT Software requires all organizations and individuals using MKT Software to comply with Decree 72/2013/NĐ-CP issued by the Prime Minister on the management, provision, and use of Internet services and online information, effective from September 1, 2013, and the Cybersecurity Law.
