Vi-Eagle 2: A Journey of Team Cohesion – Elevating Service

MKT Software successfully held the Vi-Eagle 2 program on August 10, 2024, in partnership with ViTech, a special training program built specifically for two departments: DEV and SUPPORT. This event represented a new milestone in the ongoing endeavor to improve service quality and team cohesion, with the ultimate goal of creating a 5-star client experience.

With the overarching theme of “Team Cohesion – Elevating Service“, the event gave participants the opportunity not only to learn and develop new skills, but also to discover unknown aspects of themselves, better understand their teammates, and collaborate to build a shared vision for the future of MKT Software and ViTech.

In a positive energy-filled environment, ViTechers discussed key concerns and issues, revealing previously unknown elements of themselves. From in-depth self-assessment questions to spirited group discussions, each question was painstakingly created to assist everyone in discovering their potential, identifying their strengths and limitations, and determining the best path for personal and professional development.

The training event was led by speaker Le Duc Nam, founder of ViTech Group. Mr. Nam, who has extensive experience in corporate management and team building, shared profound insights and motivated the entire team. Through engaging real-life anecdotes and thought-provoking questions, he instilled in each member a love of their profession and a relentless ambition to develop themselves and their teams.

“Team cohesion is critical to improving service quality. During his training session, Mr. Le Duc Nam emphasized the need of understanding and supporting one another in order to provide exceptional client experiences.

Aside from providing participants with new knowledge and abilities, Vi-Eagle 2 was an excellent opportunity for members to enhance their relationships with colleagues. The moments spent debating together, the loud chuckles, and the quiet periods of introspection on their own hidden characteristics all helped to create a cohesive work environment in which each individual feels valued and driven to give their all.

At the conclusion of the program, each participant left with a renewed sense of energy and a specific action plan. Participants learnt not just to evaluate themselves honestly, but also to listen to and understand their coworkers better.

Vi-Eagle 2 was more than simply a one-time event; it was also an important step forward in ViTech’s journey toward sustainable development.
